Refund policy
Due to the nature of food products, we follow strict quality standards. However, customer satisfaction remains our priority.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product delivered
• Packaging tampered during delivery
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
Refund Process
After verifying the issue, we may offer:
• Replacement of the product, or
• Refund to the original payment method
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned.
